TERMS OF PURCHASE & NO-REFUND POLICY

Effective Immediately

1. Digital Access & Coaching Products

All digital products, challenges, habit trackers, PDFs, courses, and app access are delivered immediately at purchase.

Because of this, all digital items are 100% non-refundable.

  • No store credit
  • No switching programs
  • No partial refunds
  • No exceptions

Once you buy, you own it.

2. Memberships & Subscriptions

All FORGED AF memberships (Basic, Brotherhood, Forged Leader, Elite, etc.) follow this standard:

  • You may cancel future renewals only.
  • You cannot cancel or refund the current billing cycle.
  • If you agreed to a payment plan, every payment must be completed in full.

Your commitment creates your transformation.

3. One-on-One Coaching

Due to the time carved out for you and the personalized nature of the coaching:

  • All 1:1 coaching is non-refundable,
  • non-transferable,
  • and must be used within the agreed timeframe.

Your spot is reserved specifically for you. You're expected to show up.

4. Live Events

Tickets for live events are non-refundable.

If a transfer or credit is allowed, it must be requested 15+ days before the event.

Anything inside that window is automatically denied.

5. Chargeback Policy

Any attempt to dispute a payment will be treated as intentional fraud.

We will submit:

  • login history
  • downloads
  • usage data
  • communications
  • purchase receipts

…to the bank, processor, and legal team to enforce the agreement.

We take commitments seriously — and so should you.

6. Reason Behind This Policy

FORGED AF is built on accountability, discipline, and full commitment.

The no-refund policy exists to eliminate the "escape hatch" that keeps most men stuck.

  • You've tried quitting.
  • You've tried shortcuts.
  • You've tried "trying."

This program is built for men who are ready to finish, not dabble.

If you're not ready to commit at that level, don't buy.

Refunds?

Brother… life doesn't refund you either.
